Returns

We are very sorry we can not accept returns,if the product is qualified. so before you place order, please double check you make the correct belt model and belt width. because all belt width need to be cut by your order, all belts are customized.

Changing/cancelling orders

All products are custom made according to customer's specific requirements. once an order is processed, the order can not be changed or canceled, unless it was due to an error on our part.

our rules details as below:

1.Within in 2 hours after you place order, you can cancel the order, we can refund you full payment of your purchase.

2.Between 2 hours to 24 hours after you place order. we will not refund the product payment again, we only can refund you shipping cost payment.

3. Once we paid the shipping cost to our forwarder, we will not refund any payment of your purchase order.

If you want cancel the order or change order content, we really hope you can contact us as early as possible. so can reduce loss. even you exceeding the specified time our rules, you still can contact us, we will try our best to reduce your loss. please belive us we will try our best to satisfy you.

Damages and defective

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any shortages or any errors must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Anything over 14 days from the delivery date will not be guaranted. PLEASE INSPECT PACKAGE(S) WHEN DELIVERED.

Refunds

if your refund are approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
